Welcome to the online home of Judge Clancy Jayne.

Judge Jayne was elected November 4, 2008 as the first Justice of the Peace for the new Desert Ridge Justice Court in Phoenix, Arizona.
He was sworn in January 5, 2009 with his wife, Kathleen, by his side.

In 2010 his fellow Maricopa County Justices of the Peace elected Judge Jayne to be the Associate Presiding Judge of the Maricopa County Justice Courts.  Judge Jayne serves at the pleasure of Presiding Judge, Lester Pearce.

That same year, the 86-member Arizona Justice of the Peace Association appointed Judge Jayne to be its Legislative Committee Chairman, for a term of two years.

Judge Jayne’s experience as a former Arizona legislator and business owner prepared him to be an effective facilitator for the mission of the statewide Justice Courts and the Justices themselves.

Always known as a man with a vision, Judge Jayne is excited to be an integral part of so many advancements and collaborations within the justice system.

Judge Jayne is honored to be blessed with so much professional and personal fulfillment while serving as the Justice of the Peace for the Desert Ridge Justice Court.
